It is mainly responsible for developing the major consumable spares for the company, such as filter plate, filter cloth and filter paper. Our product specifications are relatively complete with reliable quality, which can not only serve as a stable supply source for filter press producers, but also can meet the customized needs of filter press end users. XUDA Filtration is committed to becoming the highest quality brand representing China in the industry. At the beginning of our establishment, we mainly served markets such as Southeast Asia, South Asia and the CIS. With the continuous improvement of product quality and service capabilities, we are becoming increasingly well-known in markets of Middle East, Europe and Africa.

Filter Plate Filter Cloth Filter Paper

The application scope of XUDA Filtration products highly overlaps with that of filter press. We have accumulated rich experience in various application fields and can select suitable raw materials based on different application characteristics such as filtration pressure, squeezing pressure, slurry temperature and corrosiveness. Our filter plate are mainly made of PPH, and the membrane material is EPDM orPP modified with elastomer. PE, Cast Iron and Stainless Steel can also be used to produce filter plate, while NBR or SBR is the option choice of producing membrane based on different application. Our filter cloth material can be Polypropylene, Polyester or Polyamide and filter paper is main made by pure natural plant cellulose such as wood pulp or cotton pulp.
