Injection-moulded from 45 % glass-filled PP and CNC-milled to ±0.15 mm flatness, each 1 200 × 1 200 mm plate withstands 25 bar membrane squeeze and 90 °C continuous duty. A ribbed drainage lattice prevents cloth sagging under heavy cakes, while integrated lifting lugs enable crane-free handling.
