XUDA Filtration 2000x2000 Filter Plate Inspection Before Delivery and Operating Conditions 

XUDA Filtration completed production of a batch of 2000x2000 chamber filter plates on January 6, 2025. These filter plates have a thickness of 82mm, a filter chamber depth of 20 mm, and feature an upper center feed design with filtrate discharging from two sides, making them suitable for the tailings dewatering industry.

After receiving filter plate samples sent by our Iranian agent, Vira Sanat, XUDA Filtration's technical team conducted a detailed survey of the filter plates and confirmed the drawings with the customer. After production was completed, quality control personnel inspected the dimensions of the filter plates. The filter plates have been accepted by the Tabas Coal Mines Complex in Iran and are currently being used in their TH automatic filter press. The operating feeding pressure is 12 bar, and the working temperature is 60°C.
