Xuda Filtration 1500x1500 Filter Plate New Mold Testing

XUDA Filtration has just developed a new 1500x1500 chamber filter plate mold with a combination of a center feed, upper center feed, and outer feed design. We tested this mold in June 2024 with satisfactory results.

Filter plates produced by this mold can be used in tailing dewatering, kaolin dewatering, oil and gas wastewater treatment, hydrometallurgy, or chemical industry. The feeding pressure is less than 20 bar, working temperature is between 10 to 95℃.Chamber depth can be adjusted within 25~40mm as per customer's requirements, and the compatible membrane plate is of welded design with squeezing pressure less than 25 bar.

The first order of 205 membrane plates and 200 recessed plates produced by this mold has been delivered to Carmen Copper's plant in Cebu. XUDA Filtration's sales team will continue to follow up with the customer, and we look forward to their positive feedback on plate performance.
