Xuda Filtration Production and Delivery of 1000X1000 Filter Plates 

In June 2023, Xuda Filtration produced a batch of 1,000 × 1,000 filter plates. These plates adopted Lenser's Choquenet design, which features open discharge on two sides and a corner-feed inlet. All filter plates had zero stayboss, making them suitable for the sugar industry.

Upon receiving the inquiry, Xuda Filtration's technical and sales teams promptly collaborated to communicate with the client and provide technical support, successfully helping our Iranian agent, Vira Sant, secure the bid. To meet the client's customized requirement for a 35mm cake thickness, the technical team set the chamber depth of the membrane filter plates at 20mm and the chamber depth of the recessed plates at 15mm. Additionally, the drawings were revised three times to fulfill the client's specific requirements regarding filter plate thickness, handle positions, and the location, quantity, and size of liquid discharge holes.

The batch of filter plates has now been delivered to Panizfam Company and has been operating on filter presses in Miandoab, Iran, for two years. The operating feed pressure and squeezing pressure are both 8 bar, with a working temperature range of 60–95°C.
