XUDA Filtration has just developed a new 1500x1500 chamber filter plate mold​ with a combination of a center feed, upper center feed and outer feed design. We tested this mold in June 2024 with satisfactory results.

In May 2024, Fakoor Sanat's technical team visited several filtration plants in China, including XUDA Filtration's filter plate manufacturing plant in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.

After one year of trial operation, XUDA Filtration's filter plate plant, located in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China, were put into operation in April 2024. The plant covers an area of 53,000 square meters and is equipped with 60,000 KN, 80,000 KN and 120,000 KN super-large hydraulic presses

Filtration precision is an important performance index of the filter cloth, which determines the solid-liquid separation effect and efficiency of the filter press.

High-quality filter plates should be made of good corrosion- and abrasion-resistant materials to ensure that they have sufficient mechanical strength to adapt to different working environments and characteristics of filtered material, and are free from deformation and rupture during long-term use.
